Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Eximly, we want you to be completely satisfied with our export-import management platform. We offer a generous 30-day free trial so you can evaluate all features before committing to a paid subscription. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms.
2. Free Trial Period
All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No credit card is required to start the trial. During the trial period:
- You have full access to all features of your selected plan.
- No charges are applied during the trial period.
- You can cancel at any time without any obligation.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiry in case you decide to subscribe.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at eximly.in@gmail.com. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
- You can continue using the platform until your current billing period ends.
- Your data will be available for export for 30 days after the subscription ends.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
- Service Unavailability: If the platform experiences extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to our fault, a prorated refund may be issued upon request.
- First Payment Refund: If you request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription payment, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial month usage after the 7-day window.
- Unused subscription periods after cancellation (you retain access until period end).
- Downgrade from a higher to lower plan mid-cycle.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at eximly.in@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your registered email address and company name.
- Provide the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The refund amount will be credited in Indian Rupees (INR).
6. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise customers with custom pricing agreements may have different refund terms as specified in their individual service agreements. Please refer to your signed agreement or contact your account manager for details.
