What the Agri-Export pack adds
Compliance Checklist, Auto-Detected
Add your products and Eximly recognises agri HS chapters — the export order gets a contextual Compliance tab listing exactly which certificates that commodity and destination need. No more guessing.
Certificates in One Place
Phytosanitary (DPPQS), Fumigation, Certificate of Origin, EIC health certificates, APEDA GrapeNet for grapes, TraceNet for organic (NPOP) — tracked per order, with direct links to the issuing portals.
Batch / Lot & Expiry Tracking
Food buyers ask for lot numbers and shelf life. Inventory batches carry expiry dates and per-batch costing, and flow through to your documents.
Destination Labelling Notes
Key destination-specific labelling requirements surface alongside the checklist, so a consignment isn't packed before you know what the importing market demands.
The Full Export Chain
Quotation → PI → Export Order → Commercial Invoice → Packing List → Certificate of Origin → Shipping Bill → Bill of Lading → BRC. Every document pre-filled from the order.
Everything Else an SME Needs
GST invoicing and e-Invoice/e-Way JSON without a GSP, accounts with P&L and trial balance, freight RFQs to compare CHA quotes, WhatsApp document sending, and AI document validation.
Frequently asked questions
Which agri commodities does the pack cover?
The compliance engine recognises the agri HS chapters — cereals like rice, spices, fruit & nuts, vegetables, coffee & tea, oil seeds, dairy, marine and processed foods — and builds the certificate checklist per commodity, with extras like GrapeNet for fresh grapes.
Does Eximly issue the certificates?
No — certificates are issued by the authorities (Plant Quarantine, EIC, APEDA, chambers). Eximly tells you which ones a given order needs, tracks their status against the shipment, and links you straight to the issuing portals.
Is the Agri-Export pack an extra charge?
No — it's an opt-in add-on you switch on from Settings → Add-ons. It adds the compliance tab, checklists and portal directory on top of your plan.
Can I run domestic sales alongside exports?
Yes — Eximly is a modular ERP. Domestic GST sales, purchases, inventory and accounts run in the same system as your export documentation.
